ASBJJF — Alaska State Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation promotes the growth of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and Submission Grappling within the State of Alaska.

Alaska State Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation organizes tournaments where the top Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and submission grapplers in Alaska can compete. ASBJJF’s state tournaments are held at dates that allow the competitions to serve as preparation for major national tournaments.

Rules/ tournament ruleset

The ASBJJF’s Rules and Guidelines are meant to be consistent with those used at major tournaments across the country. These rules are in place to mitigate some of the risks associated with competition and to provide a positive experience for event participants. Serious violations of these rules will lead to disqualification of a participant with no refunds given.
